Level0 is the AI resolution layer that sits in front of your ITSM. It picks up
calls, resolves chats, runs your portal, and automates routine IT before a
human agent is involved.

## What Level0 Does

- Answers employee calls with a Voice Agent.
- Resolves chat requests in Teams, Slack, web, and email.
- Runs a self-service portal for routine IT requests.
- Automates password resets, MFA recovery, license assignment, group membership,
  onboarding, and offboarding.
- Scores every interaction with Outcome Intelligence.
- Uses the Confidence Gate to decide when AI can act safely.

## Why It Exists

Service desks drown in repetitive Level 1 work. Standard chatbots deflect
employees to articles, but they often do not complete the task. Level0 resolves
the routine request before Level 1 is involved and briefs humans when a request
needs escalation.
